We conduct frequent training exercises and tests to maintain these standards. Our key objective is to produce an integrated range of standard and specifc products which offer signifcant added value in terms of marketing, meeting the diverse requirements of the different market sectors in which we operate. Last but not least every member of our team is committed to providing impeccable service, anticipating the needs of our clients with support from a rigorous, reactive logistical structure.

Uniting and coordinating the Group's 22 subsidiaries spread throughout Europe, Guillin Group is the company's strategic heart, based in Ornans and directing company policy with its central financial, IT, marketing, social and legal departments.
This centrat hub is where we analyse potential avenues for development, identify our key priorities, set objectives, work to achieve greater synergy, harmonise our working methods, launch major projects and make investment decisions. For us, the key to dynamic, harmonious growth lies in the complete control of our finances: from centralised planning to consolidated accounting, with clear definition and monitoring of the operating budgets of each subsidiary and a state-of-the-art information management system.
